Living life daily in “comfort” is the most dangerous place you can be for your long term health.
I am working hard to rehab my foot after surgery. Making great progress with myofascial therapy, hyperbaric oxygen chamber as often as I can, and mobility exercises. Some I have to modify right now, you may also have to at first. This is totally fine. The goal is to get our of your daily “easy” comfort zone that is harming you, and be willing to do hard things, or life will become VERY hard in a bad way as you get older.
Once I am fully recovered with my foot and get more of these mobility exercises down I would like to offer a free mobility class for anyone who is interested. Let me know if interested.
Obviously, most will have to modify in the beginning, just like I did, and we will not do these complicated moves like in this video below, but just look to see what can be achievable over time. The goal is to get out of your comfort zone. I have become obsessed with this type of workout. Take a peek and listen to her words. They are TRUE!
Hello all. Thank you for reading my Blue Z newsletters when I send them. I wanted to give some updates and I always like to share real stories and from the heart.
1. June 30th I will be giving a health presentation at the Wellness Lab from 6-7 p.m. This is on 4360 Cutler Ave NE Suite B1, right next door to the DAILY GRIND restaurant. We will also have a drawing for a free naturopath consult. Come if you can. 🙂
2. July 9-19 my family and I will be in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for family vacation. My youngest daughter Carly, will be running the in the 9.6 mile mountain trail race, and Ryan will be running in the 32 mile mountain trail race. It is supposed to be spectacular in beauty and spectacular as one tough course. I will be cheering them on. Since my foot surgery had to be moved out over 2 months I now cannot run in this race. Yes, I am sad, but also happy that Ryan and Carly get to run and it will be fun no matter what. I still get to be in all that beauty, and I will be walking (carefully) in regular shoes again. I cannot start running again until Aug 5, and I must start slowly on a treadmill.
3. Starting October 1- Blue Z Health will be moving down to FOUR days a week for naturopath testing appts. The days will be Mon/Tues taking appts from 9-5 and Fri/Sat taking appts from 9-5 on Fridays and 11-5 on Saturdays. Note: 5pm- being the ending time, not the beginning of an appt time.
4. Starting October 1- Hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions will be Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri/Sat – and will stop the Wednesday sessions. We call this HBOT for short. HBOT times are Mon-10-12, 12-2 and 2-4 Tues- 9-11 11-1 1-3 and 3-5
Thurs-9-11 11-1 1-3 and 3-5 Fri- 10-12 12-2 and 2-4 Sat 9-11 11-1 1-3 and 3-5. We now have some openings for those who want to utilize this amazing therapy. I completed 40 sessions myself before foot surgery and am now doing 20 sessions more 3 days a week for foot surgery healing. It is going very well. I will have xrays in 2 weeks from now to find out where I am at. I have also combined HBOT with Red Light therapy. Such great modalities.
We are also getting great results for our health clients who are being consistent using HBOT. Reports from them are: massive drainage from the sinuses- clearing out- did not expect that one, better cancer healing (along with other therapies- both medical and holistic), better sleep, calmer nervous system, better brain health, reduced inflammation, more rapid wound healing, and long covid healing. What I have noticed is my nervous system calming down greatly with this therapy, and I believe it is helping my foot heal better as well. It is a commitment for 2 hour blocks, and some days even I don’t feel like sitting in there, but it is worth it. My oxygen tests at 100% saturation medically and doctors always wonder how is this possible? I say HBOT baby. If you have completed your 20-40 sessions go get your oxygen levels checked. Is pretty cool to see that 100% reading.
5. Also starting October 1, we will need to start charigng regular NM sales tax on all consults if paying with Zelle, Venmo, or check. No tax with cash. Still no card fees though with Zelle, Venmo or check. I have been paying the tax for everyone, but starting October 1 can no longer cover this. Good things are happening in the state of Florida because of the governors wife. She is all about health, and has taken the initiative to create some very educational websites. She has also sent many store candies, breads, and infant formula products to be 3rd party tested for toxins and glyphosate. She has the whole list available not only for her state, but for anyone to view. What a great lady. Every state should be doing this.
RFK is moving towards requiring hospitals to serve healthy food to the sick who are admitted there instead of pure junkfood poison, making these poor people even sicker. Good changes are happening, slowly but surely, and more are becoming educated and turning towards real health.
The only way to truly stop the corruption of BIG junkfood, BIG pharma, and BIG medical etc, is to stop participating in the insanity of it all. Just say no, but it takes the majority doing this, not just some. We have so much [power as citizens but we have to all unify together and all do this or it doesn’t work.
As long as you keep buying sodas, donuts, fast food, energy drinks, glyphosate ridden foods, and cheap poison, then you are participating in keeping the corrupt system alive. The biggest harm is against our children, and that is why a lot of the early focus from the Florida governor’s wife is this poison we are feeding to our children. It is heartbreaking, so don’t participate, and most certainly protect your children. Be an example to them. You will help give them a better future,

Also, TWO of the most important lab/blood tests you can get that medical doctors won’t test because health ins won’t pay and Big Pharma doesn’t want you tested, are the full 16 panel of cholesterol testing and fasting insulin test. The four basic cholesterol tests ins covers does not give us enough information. It is to medicate people, not to look at the whole picture. Just because someone has a overall cholesterol number or LDL number higher than big pharma instructs the medical world on does not mean this person is in danger of heart disease or heart attack, and also just because you have lower numbers that they like does not mean you are safe either Do not be fooled either way.
i can definitely decipher a bit from the four basic numbers they test and sometimes I am really concerned with the numbers. After all, heart disease is the number one killer in America. The main causes are eating a lot of white sugar, corn syrup foods and drinks- in sodas and more, and fast food and trans fats/seed oils. Lack of exercise and alcohol also play a role. These all contribute to harming your heart, not to mention stress- one I have to greatly work on myself.
Here are my cholesterol numbers- no Hippa against myself so I can share my numbers as an example.
Overall number, depending on when you test me, can be anywhere from 220-232. I fluctuate between these numbers, Triglycerides- usually between 60-70. HDL- usually between 75-85 and LDL usually between 128-138. Medical doctors are obsessed with telling me I have high cholesterol and even saying this is the cause of my sudden high liver enzymes.. Don’t think so, not at all.
So, everyone who eats meat will have higher LDL. If you eat conventional meat and junkfood, fast food type meats, processed deli meats, pork, etc then your LDL probably is dangerous. Eating grass fed, organic fed, pasture raised, wild caught meats and not a lot of sugar or trans fat then LDL is probably fine. You also need to take your HDL number x 2.5 and it should be higher than your LDL for another good sign that LDL is okay.
You also need to test your HDL and LDL particle sizes. Ins won’t pay for this. The particle sizes are what counts- are they soft and fluffy or dense and hard, clogging your arteries? Apolipoprotein b test goes along with this, as well and Lp-PLA2- are you currently forming dangerous plaque in your arteries? Finally, Apolipoprotein a helps us know if your have a genetic issue with high cholesterol or not-some do, but not many. Most bad cholesterol is caused from poor choices.
I can test any of these for anyone at QUEST labs. It just costs about $160. I believe this test is soooo important. I have tested myself too and I tell medical Drs about it and they know what these tests are, but most are not interested.
Finally, fasting insulin is much more accurate than A1C and can let you know years in advance if you are heading toward type 2 diabetes. It can also let you know if you are already there, even if you A1C is great at 5.2 or under, yes, you can still be diabetic. I have had some with low A1C and their fasting insulin be thru the roof. This is called insulin resistance and your body cannot heal, lose belly fat or liver fat until this is corrected. You go to the lab fasted overnight with no food, and so your insulin should be low. We make insulin every time we eat, so when we are not eating if our insulin is still high then you are insulin resistant which also puts you are greater risk for type 3 diabetes of the brain.
I have also seen quite a few with A1C of 6.2 and told they are diabetic but their insulin is a 6. They are not diabetic. Your fasting insulin should be 3-8 max to not be insulin resistant. This test costs roughly $40

RFK is Promoting Glyphosate in America- Trump Signed an Executive Order for it.
When I first heard that in late February, President Trump has taken executive action to promote the domestic production of glyphosate and RFK is backing him I was flabbergasted. How could this be? Why would they do this, especially RFK who has been so against it. We can stop there and totally freak out, get angry and believe just that OR…. look at the whole picture going on. I chose to look at the whole picture. This is still not good, and this gal I follow, who is a nutritionist, explains it all well. I would agree with her totally. In the above video- please watch all it to get ALL the info, as she also talks about eating organic and so many say it is too expensive. Well, it is, but have you asked those with cancer how much their chemo bills are, even with insurance? Many go into debt and have bills that are $50,000-$100,000, after ins pays their part. That is way more expensive, then after that, your body and cells are more damaged, and your pocket book too, so even harder to afford to eat organic. Do it now, don’t wait. Glyphosate is real and it does cause disease and cancer, and even infertility.
I was in the medical system myself just recently, with not being able to have my foot surgery due to my liver enzymes being so high, and trying to figure it all out. We got our health ins statement, and there are already $2500 worth of charges that were billed to the health ins. This much money just for a few 20 minute appts and blood tests??? Is totally shocking, and actually I received no help medically. The nurse practitioner who was in charge of clearing me for surgery had no idea what to do or what to test me for, so I had to tell her what to test me for, and half the tests I just put in for myself and paid out of pocket, because I did not feel like trying to beg and plead to get her to do the additional testing for me. She also never called me about my test results when the Hep A came back “reactive” as you are supposed to have a 2nd IgG test to confirm. She did not do this, I had to put in for the test myself. I was also accused of having possible fatty liver, high cholesterol and taking supplements, so they harmed my liver. It has all been pretty shocking, but just a reminder of what so many of your go thru or have gone thru in this corrupt medical system. It is a racket of making lots and lots of money as a first priority. It can be intimidating, frustrating, super expensive and no help at all with real health.
Back the glyphosate- the easiest way to get rid of it here in America is to not participate in consuming it. DO NOT put it into your body. There are rules for organic and regenerative farming to NOT be sprayed with glyphosate pesticides, so stick with this. You can also even do a test to see what your glyphosate load is. The only way to eliminate it from your body is to not eat it. Humic and Fulvic Acid. and Activated charcoal can also asssit in pulling it out of your system.

Square, as well as Amazon and many other companies are now outsourcing their customer service to India and they do not often know how to help This happened to me when I tried to figure out how to subscribe those NOT getting my newsletters. Finally make sure to always have critical thinking skills. Do not take for truth what main media tells you, as they want to get you all ruffled. Really research and look at the whole picture, just like this example with glyphosate and RFK approving it. Still not good, but listen the the WHOLE STORY.
