Initial Naturopath Consult
If you are scheduling a new client naturopath consult, please go to the “resources” link and click on “downloads.” Choose the client health sheet. Fill out your health client form and bring in with you the day of your scheduled appointment time. If you forget or are not able to, we will have an intake form for your in our office. You can arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appt time and fill it out.
If you are choosing a single service, such as just a live blood analysis or a follow up appt. you may also download these, fill out and bring in with you at your appt time.
Payments
Credit cards, personal checks and cash are accepted.
Late Arrival
We are committed to being on time for our clients, your time is valuable, so is ours. If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, it will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged for the originally scheduled length of the appointment. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.
Cancellations
Should you find it necessary to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, 48 hours notice is required. If you cancel without the proper notice, within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for half of your scheduled appointment fee. If you fail to give notice at all and do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will then be charged for the full appointment fee. We understand that emergencies do happen. If this should be the case, please contact us immediately. We value your time, please value ours.
Insurance
Medical insurance is not accepted. Most HSA is accepted.
Quick Phone Check-ins
If the need should arise, after your consultation for a quick phone check-in, the first 10 minutes are not charged. All calls beyond the initial 10 minutes will be charged a fee of $5 a minute past the initial 10 minutes that are free. If there are multiple questions, we prefer that clients keep track of them and schedule an actual follow-up appointment. A credit card payment will be made at the end of the call.
Emails are reserved for checking our availability, scheduling appointments and client’s request to order / pick-up additional product.
Product Support
We do not answer questions or provide support for products purchased elsewhere, unless it was a product Christy reccommended from the health food store, not carried in the office. All products carried in the office are exceptional supplement / herbal brands that actual work, with superior quality standards. Please ask your questions where you take your business. Email or call to set up a time to pick-up additional products from our office.
